Modern slavery statement
In accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, under which companies who meet the threshold are required to implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place in any of its supply chains, CloudMargin does not currently meet the required threshold.
CloudMargin does however adopt a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, which is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. We recognise this takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships with suppliers. The company is committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in its UK business operations or in any of the Company’s supply chains. The CEO and COO have overall responsibility for ensuring this policy complies with the Company’s legal and ethical obligations, and that all those staff and third parties under its control comply with it.
All staff and third parties must comply with this policy and are required to avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this policy.
