We care very much about charitable giving. Each year our global team nominate charities that mean something to them personally. The charity most voted for becomes our charity for the year. We organise a number of fun events throughout the year, our team are immensely generous in their donations and we work hard to ensure that we commit to each cause.

What is CloudMargin’s mission?
To automate and simplify collateral management for everyone.
What benefits do you offer employees?

Leave Entitlement

  • 24 days paid leave per year plus all Public Holidays
  • 1x Birthday leave per year

Flexibility

  • We operate a hybrid remote approach to work which includes at least one day per week in the office and two days per month where we get together for team days
  • 45 working days Work From Anywhere (WFA) policy

Learning and Development

  • £1,000 (or local equivalent) per year

Family

  • Enhanced maternity pay (10 weeks full pay, 10 weeks half pay)
  • 6 weeks paternity pay

Annual budget of £1,000 (local equivalent) for your individual learning and development, because if you grow, we grow. We provide a % of financial support towards fees and paid time off for relevant qualifications that add value to you and CloudMargin.
