Our recruitment process is straightforward, speedy and inclusive. We follow a consistent three-stage process for all roles across CloudMargin, combining virtual team meetings with face-to-face interviews at our local offices.

To ensure a thorough and engaging experience, several team members participate in the recruitment process, giving you valuable insights into the role and our culture.
For technical roles, the second stage includes a technical test or case study. Similarly, some non-technical roles may require a case study or presentation, depending on the requirements of the position.

Leave entitlement

Flexibility
- We operate a hybrid-remote approach to work which includes at least one day per week in the office and two days per month where we get together for team days

Benefits are specific to each region and may vary according to the requirements of the location.
All team members are awarded an annual budget of £1,000 (or local equivalent) for their individual learning and development.
Study support is provided for relevant qualifications. A financial contribution towards course fees is awarded as a percentage. Paid time off to study is also provided.
