CloudMargin makes strategic hire and appoints Steven Husk as Executive Chairman to lead dynamic growth of the highly innovative collateral management company.
CloudMargin, the provider of the world’s first cloud-based, collateral management solution to financial institutions across the globe, today announced it has appointed Steven Husk to fill its newly created role of Executive Chairman. Husk joins CloudMargin with more than 35 years experience at some of the industry’s leading firms in the financial services sector and is exceptionally well positioned to drive CloudMargin to the next level of success, and further facilitate the domestic and international expansion the domestic and international expansion the company is targeting for 2016 and beyond.
Steven is an angel investor and independent director who has worked primarily in the financial services software space. Before joining CloudMargin, Steven was CEO of FRS Global where he led a team delivering robust and comprehensive risk-management and regulatory compliance solutions to the financial services community.
Prior to FRS Global, Steven was president of SunGard Trading and Risk for five years as well as presiding over other financial services firms at a senior level, including Infinity Financial Technology, Oracle, Sybase and Comshare.
