Charitable Giving
We care very much about charitable giving. Each year our global team nominate charities that mean something to them personally. The charity most voted for becomes our charity for the year. We organise a number of fun events throughout the year, our team are immensely generous in their donations and we work hard to ensure that we commit to each cause.

Flexibility
- We operate a hybrid remote approach to work which includes at least one day per week in the office and two days per month where we get together for team days
